Aloha Kula School Families,
Our school will be implementing a phased reopening during the week of Aug. 14-18, 2023 with staff returning to campus on Monday, August, 14 and students welcomed to campus on Wednesday, August 16. The staggered schedule will allow school teams time to assess damage and staffing capacity to ensure a safe reopening. This remains a very fluid situation and we greatly appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this time. Mahalo.
Wednesday will be an early release day as normal. Friday, August 18th is a Holiday, Kindergarten parents the Kinder teachers will be reaching out to you on the next steps along with the orientation on Monday and Tuesday. Please check the website for additional information:

Our admin team and staff have been working to identify families that may need assistance, we have two families that we are aware of that have lost their homes in the Kula area. If you know of any families that have lost their homes upcountry please comment back on this post, only administrators see the comments.
We are "Kula Strong" and our school and our community want to help everyone we can so please reach out. Once we gather that information we will be reaching out to our community for your kokua.
