New Student Enrollment

Welcome to Kula Elementary! We are excited to have you join our community. To enroll your child at Kula Elementary please call our office at 808-87-7610.

To get started on enrolling your child we will need the following items:

  1. Enrollment Form

  2. Copy of your child's birth certificate

  3. Proof of residence in the Kula area (bill with service address in parent/guardian names)

  4. TB clearance

  5. Student Health Record

Periodic i-Ready Diagnostic and Instruction:

Students will be taking their i-Ready screeners (reading and math) several times throughout the school year. Please take a few minutes to read over the information regarding the i-Ready program. Students will have access to online lessons from home. Please check it out with the log in info below.

Student website:

  • Clever username: 10 Digit state ID number

  • Clever password: 8-digit date of birth (MMDDYYYY) no slashes
